I’ve been checking out some of the stuff people are making during the Vegan Month of Food. Bjorkedoff has posted what I think is hands down the best sounding/looking thing I’ve seen, maybe ever. A Peanut Butter Cheesecake! That’s two of my absolute favorite things rolled into one. There’s no recipe on the site, so I’ll just have to continue licking my monitor and imagining!
