The Vegan Collection is excited to announce our new blog which launches today!

Our new site will feature daily stories, blog posts, videos and event highlights from a whole host of different authors with a focus on all things veggie. We will be highlighting vegetarian businesses, interviews with rescue and non-profit organizations, recipes from restaurant owners as well as volunteer opportunities, animal adoption/foster stories, information about current legislation, the environmental impact of a vegetarian lifestyle, product reviews and much, much more.

Also, living in Los Angeles, one of the biggest complaints we hear is that there isn’t a strong sense of veggie community unlike other cities (Portland, Boston, NYC, etc.). We hope to address that issue by providing a comprehensive calendar of events happening in the greater Los Angeles area (events, mobile pet adoptions, volunteer orientations, cooking classes, protests, meet ups/happy hours, etc.).

Our dynamic group of authors includes vet students, business owners, volunteers, world travelers, environmental health scientists and non-profit coordinators. Each one will bring a bit of their expertise to make The Vegan Collection Blog a comprehensive resource for all things veg.

We hope to hear from you with ideas, comments and anything you think we’re missing.
