It’s that time of year when 2008 earnings releases and annual reports start to trickle out and the ALF is no different. The North American Animal Liberation Press Office has just published their Year-End Report on Animal Liberation Activities in North America and it is available for download on their website here. It has a whole slew of data, including all the actions that happened in 2008 as well as diagrams, discussions of future directions, the information about current prisoners and the snitches who put them there. Very interesting reading for anyone who has even a passing interest in the ALF.

I really just don’t get it, what if meat eaters started smashing windows at vegan restaurants and lighting prius’s and organic farms on fire… I know we’re all at the end of our ropes, but resorting to violence and having good vegans in prison who could be out setting a positive example in the world is saddening to me. If you’re a violent vegan that means you’re out of effective non violent ideas. Go to law school or become a politician you beat the system by playing the game.
