Vegan at Verdugo

A vegan patio session at Verdugo Bar featuring Seabirds Truck with guest chef Stephen Hauptfuhr of Mooi and beer pairings by Verdugo. Come hang out on Verdugo’s back patio, play some board games, enjoy some beers, and eat some great vegan food. The menu will include:

  • Jackfruit tacos
  • Beer battered avocado tacos
  • Parisienne mac and cheese with roasted fig and mushrooms
  • Alfredo zucchini pasta with sun dried tomatoes
  • Greek hummus wrap with sweet potato fries
  • Walnut fudge brownie and ice cream topped with butterscotch and aztec chili cinnamon sauce

This is a free event (food and beverages will cost money), and is 21 and over!

Proceeds to benefit Benji the dog of the Frankenstand!
