Kevin Lien's Profile

Kevin is the creator, designer, owner and mail clerk of The Vegan Collection and The Vegan Collection Blog. A vegan of 16 years and counting, he grew up in the Midwest, living in South Dakota for most of his life until moving to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota where he got his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During his college years he was a member of a handful of animal rights organizations until moving to Los Angeles in 2001. When not spending his days as a graphic designer he volunteers for LA Animal Services in an attempt to make a small difference in the lives of pets stuck in horrible situations. Along with writing for The Vegan Collection Blog, Kevin also writes and edits the music blog The Sound Of Indie. The minimal free time he has is spent hiking with his girlfriend trying to wear out their two dogs.
