How It All Vegan Book Bash and Benefit for COK This Saturday

How It All VeganThis Saturday, join author Sarah Kramer to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of her book “How It All Vegan” while supporting Compassion Over Killing and Positive Television. Sarah will be visiting Los Angeles to promote the 10th Anniversary edition of “How It All Vegan” which is the OG vegan cookbook, published waaaaay back when most people were just lacto-ovo veg. The book will be available at a 15% discount at the event. Advance tickets are $20 ($25 at the door) and include a smorgasbord of vegan appetizers, desserts and drink plus a complimentary copy of Sarah’s new 2010 GO VEGAN Wall Calendar. Vegan Bake-Off/Benefit this Wednesday

Vegan BakingIf there’s one thing I know about vegans, it’s that they love their baked goods and this Wednesday the gauntlet is being thrown down to crown SoCal’s best vegan baker. For a $20 donation that benefits both Compassion Over Killing and Positive Television, you get samples of all the amazing desserts in the competition as well as a vote in the “audience’s choice” for best baker.
